English Conversation Partners

We can match you with a native English speaker where you can have a friendly one-on-one chat. You can talk about whatever you like and we meet 1 hour a week for a semester.

This service is best for people who want a more casual setting, or individualized training.

English Assistance

English Conversation Classes

We partner with the State College Alliance Church where they host a large English Class. This is a more formal training, and there are 3 classes and different levels depending on your English ability.

This service is best for people who like to learn in group settings, and more formal training

Physical Help

  • Furniture

    Coming into the United States can be a tough burden for international students. We can help you find cheap and used furniture. We can help you move furniture. We also have a WhatsApp group that shares furniture.

  • Driving Lessons

    Need help on getting a driver license and a drivers permit? Let us know how we can help you.

  • Food

    Throughout the week we often have free bread and other goods for those who are in need. We hope to start up our weekly gathering in the fall.
